Agreement
These terms apply when you create a DeepLinkMagic account or use the service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use DeepLinkMagic. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
What DeepLinkMagic does
DeepLinkMagic creates links that send visitors to Amazon product pages and, where the visitor's phone and app allow it, ask the phone to open the Amazon app. Whether the Amazon app opens is decided by the visitor's phone and the app they are using, so we can't guarantee it. We don't guarantee any number of clicks, sales or commissions.
DeepLinkMagic is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password and API token secure: you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your Amazon Associates account
You need your own Amazon Associates account and tag. You are responsible for following Amazon's Associates program policies, the rules of each platform where you share links, and advertising disclosure laws such as the FTC's. Commissions, eligibility and payments are decided by Amazon, not by us.
Acceptable use
Don't use DeepLinkMagic for spam, misleading or deceptive links, illegal products or content, malware, or to generate fake or automated clicks. Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits or security. We may pause links or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe for each billing period. They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a period, except where the law requires it. Paid plans require a US billing address.
If we change a plan's price, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to you.
Click allowances and paused links
Each plan and free trial includes a number of clicks. Real visits count; link previews and known bots don't. We email you when you've used 75% and 90% of your allowance.
When your allowance is used up, your trial ends, or you have no active plan, your links pause until your plan renews or you upgrade. While a link is paused, its visitors see a notice with a link to Amazon. That link may carry DeepLinkMagic's own Amazon Associates tag, so any commission from those visits goes to DeepLinkMagic, not to you.
Your links and data
Your links, labels and settings are yours. You can download a list of your links at any time from your dashboard. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep DeepLinkMagic running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or outages at our hosting and service providers. We don't promise uninterrupted service.
Liability
DeepLinkMagic is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost commissions, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its links stop working.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email you about important changes. Continuing to use DeepLinkMagic after a change means you accept it.
