Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account holders: your email address, a securely hashed password, your saved affiliate tag, the links you create (including any labels), and basic billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep your billing country and Stripe customer reference.

People who click DeepLinkMagic links: to route the click and show creators their statistics, we record the time, which link was clicked, the device type and browser (from the user agent), the referring site, and the country. We do not store visitors' IP addresses; a scrambled form is kept briefly for abuse prevention.

Support requests: what you write to us and basic technical details of the page you were on.

How we use it

To run the service: create and route links, count clicks against your plan, show analytics, take payments, send account and billing emails, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Our website and dashboard pages use Google Analytics to understand overall usage; it sets its own cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded on the pages link visitors pass through.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting, security checks), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics. They process data only to provide those services. When a visitor continues to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy notice applies.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Detailed click records are removed after about 13 months; totals are kept for your statistics. Security and abuse-prevention records are removed within 90 days.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

DeepLinkMagic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
